who trains them? powerpoint (with pictures)! Seriously if they don't have someone in their org that's remotely tech savvy it's going to be a very unfun until they kick the training wheels (you).

i think it's good to assess (as in stakeholder analysis) who's getting the training early on. but that's just my $.02
